• My Lyfe360 Company (ML360): For-profit operations including merchandise, retail, and branding.
• My Lyfe360 Kids Co. (ML360 Kids): Nonprofit outreach, community programs, and educational support.

Both entities are collectively covered under these Terms.

• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using this Site, you confirm you can legally enter binding agreements.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• ML360 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for violations.

• ML360 reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders.
• Payments must be valid and authorized.
• Donations to ML360 Kids are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. ML360 and ML360 Kids are not responsible for content, accuracy, or policies of external sites.

• The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• No guarantees are made regarding uptime, error-free operation, or accuracy.
• ML360 and ML360 Kids are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Direct liability is limited to the greater of: (a) purchase amounts in the past 6 months, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to hold ML360 and ML360 Kids harmless from claims, damages, or costs resulting from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

ML360 may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations or harmful conduct.

• Governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
• Disputes first require informal resolution attempts.
• If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Marion County, Indiana.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
